LenDentonThrive Letter #48
Welcome to the LenDentonThrive Letter!
I’m on a mission to help Guys over 50 to build thriving, healthy lifestyles. I call it the ThriveLife!
Hello, my friends!
Happy Easter to all of you and your families!
I’m taking a short break to celebrate Easter with my family this week, but I don’t want to miss an opportunity to share some useful ThriveLife news with all of you.
I’m working on some important news for next week’s edition, but today I’m sharing three recent newsletters that you might have missed. All three play a role in next week’s story, so have a look at these if you haven’t seen them.
First, let’s look at what it means to be fit, specifically in the context of being a busy Over-50 Guy. A quick look at popular media says it’s all about building big muscles. But, that’s not the only answer, or even the best answer. Check out Fitness By Design to learn how to create an effective fitness plan that’s custom-tuned to your specific needs and preferences.
Second, Winning The Weight Loss Battle shows you how to stack the deck in your favor when it comes to effective weight loss strategies. And, it’s NOT what many of the online gurus are telling you!
And third, we know that getting into better shape has many benefits for you today. That includes looking and feeling better right now. But, getting healthier today also has some serious benefits that will pay long-term dividends far into your future. See what I mean in The Longevity Bonus.
That’s it for this week’s shortened edition.
Be sure to take a moment to enjoy your family and friends during this Easter weekend!
See you next week.
Thanks for reading this week.
I write this newsletter to make a positive impact on the lives of Over-50 Guys and and their families. If you found this information useful, please consider subscribing to receive new editions each week.

Research is changing the way we think about moderate alcohol consumption with regard to health benefits. This study brings the goods.
I love a nice red, but based on this info, I've dialed my wine intake back quite a bit over the last 12 months.
