Or... How We Transform Dad Bods To Brad Bods

Hey Brothers,

Welcome back to the LenDentonThrive Letter!

As I write this week’s edition of the Letter, there are only ten weeks left in 2026! Wow! This year has blown by!

So, here’s a question? How have we all done with our 2026 fitness goals?

Touchy subject?

Hmm…sorry!

So, the new year’s coming, right? We can hit the reset button and begin all over again, starting with some brand new New Year’s resolutions.

Hmm…maybe not! I have a better idea.

I’m really excited about 2027. I know it’s still a ways off, but it’s shaping up to be a big year for the ThriveLife!

I want to use this abbreviated edition of the LDT Letter to share some insights into what’s coming in 2027! Let’s jump in!

The Year of the ThriveLife

I want 2027 to be the Year of the ThriveLife. I want to make the ThriveLife accessible to men all over America as a flexible, customized approach to health and fitness that avoids crazy diets, killer workouts, and monotonous gym routines.

I’m not talking about sharing a few new fitness tricks or supplement recommendations. I’m talking about a total, lasting transformation.

A famous internet guy named Derek Sivers once said:

“If more information was the answer, we’d all be billionaires with perfect abs.”

To create real transformation, you need more than information. You need a system that can deliver effective information, plus consistent daily action.

When I think about designing a system for consistently delivering transformation, I think of a “transformation architecture” with four key components:

  1. Information - this is the “how” component. This is typically delivered in a book or online video. Most transformations end here.

  2. Tools - this includes things like apps and evaluation tools

  3. Accountability - this is where someone actually checks in on your progress and tests the commitments you’re making. Personal coaching usually includes an accountability element. Most good programs include accountability.

  4. Support - where you go when you have a problem

To make this transformation architecture accessible to men across every age and income category, here are five things I’m working on to make 2027 the Year of the ThriveLife.

#1 - 30-Day Escape Plan

This is a plan to equip any guy to create his own customized ThriveLife plan in just 30 days. This is an information component that will be published through the LDT Letter. Within 30 days, a guy will have the basic customized toolkit he needs to build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. One without crazy or restrictive diets or grueling gym routines. I’m not saying any Guy can lose all the weight he wants to lose in 30 days. I’m saying he can create the ultimate weight loss machine for his unique situation in 30 days.

#2 - The ThriveLife Transformation Book

The ThriveLife Transformation Book will be the official handbook of the ThriveLife. It will contain everything a guy needs to know for building his ThriveLife. This is the key information component of the transformation architecture.

#3 - The ThriveLife App

The ThriveLife App will give guys the info and tools they need to make the ThriveLife easy. The app will make the ThriveLife’s Smart Daily Habits easy to manage and track. This is the tool component and will be available to members of the ThriveLife Transformation Community.

#4 - The ThriveLife Transformation Community

The ThriveLife Transformation Community will be an online community where the total ThriveLife experience comes together. The community will be where the accountability and support components are delivered. This will be a paid experience, priced to cost less than your typical monthly latte budget.

#5 - Dad Bod-To-Brad Bod Transformation

To make things a little more fun in 2027, ThriveLife will host the Dad Bod-To Brad Bod Transformation. Let’s forego the annual New Year’s resolutions to ‘get jacked,’ and instead trade the Dad Bod for a Brad Bod. A Brad Bod is a nod to Brad Pitt’s Tyler Durden character from the movie Fight Club. Tyler was a lean, mean fighting machine.

So, Brothers, let’s band together to make Brad Bods a “thing” in 2027.

Smarter, Not Harder

I’m really excited about these developments. The goal of all of this is to give Guys of all ages the Information, Tools, Accountability, and Support they need to create their own custom-built ThriveLives - all built on the ThriveLife’s food-first, gym-optional strategy!

I’ll be sharing more information about these developments as the new year approaches.

Now, back to your regularly scheduled program.

And remember, God loves us. He wants us to thrive. So, let’s go!

All the best... Len
